Yes, and it is often the sensible approach — a product launch usually needs a website and a search strategy alongside the build itself. Each service line is scoped and priced separately, so you can see exactly what each part costs and stop or continue between phases.

Customer portals, internal tools and dashboards, admin panels, booking and workflow systems, and integrations between tools you already use. If the requirement is a straightforward configuration of existing software, we will usually tell you that and point you at the simpler option.

Often yes. We start with a short technical review of the existing codebase to assess its state and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is the better value. That review is a fixed-cost piece of work you can commission on its own.

Yes. We build marketing sites, landing pages and full company websites. They are engineered for speed and search visibility from the start rather than optimised afterwards, and we hand over the source code.

Mainly TypeScript and modern frameworks, with PostgreSQL or MySQL for data. We choose boring, well-supported technology on purpose — it is easier to hire for and maintain after we hand it over. If you already have a stack, we will work within it where it makes sense.

Volkdesk is our management platform for self-study libraries — spaces that rent study seats to students. It handles members, seat allocation, plans, payments and day-to-day operations in one system, replacing the combination of registers, spreadsheets and messaging apps that most operators start with.

Businesses that provide dedicated self-study space: independent study halls, reading rooms, and library operators running one or more branches. It is designed for operators rather than for book lending, which is a different problem.

Yes. We will walk you through the platform with your own scenario — your seat count, your plans, your fee structure — so you can judge whether it fits your operation before any commitment.

In most cases yes. If you have your current data in a spreadsheet, we can migrate it as part of onboarding. Tell us what you have and we will confirm what can be brought across.

Project work is quoted per phase at a fixed price, with the assumptions written down. You approve each phase before it starts, so you are never committed to the full cost of a large project up front. Ongoing support is billed monthly.

A focused website typically takes three to six weeks. A custom software build usually runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope, delivered in reviewable phases rather than one large release at the end. We give you a phase-by-phase timeline in the proposal.

You do. Repositories, hosting and third-party accounts are created in your name, and you own the intellectual property in the delivered work. If you ever want to move to another team, nothing is held back.

Changes are normal, so we handle them explicitly. Anything outside the agreed scope gets a short written change note covering the cost and timeline impact before work starts. Nothing is added silently to a later invoice.

You get a warranty period for defects found after go-live, plus documentation and a handover session. Beyond that, ongoing support and improvements are available on a monthly basis if you want them — there is no requirement to continue.

Yes. Search visibility is rarely a one-off task — it needs technical upkeep, content and iteration. We offer this as a monthly engagement, and we will tell you if your budget would be better spent elsewhere.

We will say so early and explain why, whether that is a budget mismatch, a technology we do not work with, or a problem better solved with off-the-shelf software. A short honest answer saves everyone time.
